Looking for Spa/Salon Recommendations

I'll be visiting with my 2 teen sons for 5 days at the end of July. They will be busy attacking BB & TL for our entire stay (buying them season passes). At some point I'd like to spoil myself with at least a nice pedicure, maybe some reflexology. Anyone have any suggestions where would be a good place to go for these services? And do I need to make reservations in advance, or could I call same day or just show up?

When I was there in May I surprised my Mom with pedicures at the Spa at Saratoga Springs. We both really enjoyed ourselves. The Girls were great and made us feel really comfortable. I made reservations before I went but not sure if you have to or not. Hope you have a great time and get to enjoy yourself and relax. Hope that helps.

where are you staying?

they have some nice ones offsite (not on WDW property), too.

We are tentatively scheduled to stay at PC, but may be switching to one of the mod resorts. Talking to my travel agent about that now. We won't have a car though, so it will need to be onsite.

CSR has a beauty salon and a gym - so you could have it done here.
