Looking for sewing pattern for Mickey ear headband

I want to make a custom Mickey ear headband for my upcoming trip to WDW. I'm looking to do slightly plush ears (like the fuzzy ones they sell in the park) with an Elsa crown (which I'll make from foam and paint). Anyone know of a good pattern for making a basic Mickey ear headband? I've found lots of patterns/tutorials using glue and felt, but I want to find a pattern that sews the ears together to make something more like the version in the park.

If I don't find something, I'll just experiment but I'm sure there's something out there and don't want to reinvent the wheel if it exists!
