Looking for server M. T. at WCC . . .

We have had the pleasure of having M. T. as our server at WCC on recent trips, usually at lunch. I believe she has a sister that works there as well. We are actually having breakfast at WCC during our upcoming trip and I am just curious if M. T. is still there and if she ever works during breakfast? Anyone seen her lately?

Absolutely there most days at breakfast. WC, like most restaurants that do breakfast, lunch dinner, will rotate staff, in an effort to give 'em 8 hours without the dreaded "split shift". To boot, many senior staff members work a 4 day week (longer hours per day, but when one is driving in? It just WORKS better for everyone).

"MT" is ELLENS stage name. She is a classic, we ADORE her - as well as "Hickory", "Bridget", "Doc", "Chad".... I'm mixing Stage Names and real first names.... you see, we GO to WC about 18 times per year (all breakfast, two trips per year, about 12 years).

Pretty sure we could tell you which chairs have gum stuck under 'em .

This is an absolutely WONDERFUL Restaurant - any meal. If you have a Ressi.... just ask as you check in.... "Is MT on today?" If she is? You CAN request her . You might wait a few more minutes, but WC WILL accommodate you .
