looking for scrapbook help!

I'm not sure if this is an 'o.k.' question, so forgive me if I step on any toes...

I am, possibly, the most non-creative person walking the planet. Every honest attempt to make a good scrapbook has devolved into a lot of money spent for very little result.

My question is, is there a site where I could SEND my pile of stuff from various trips and have someone else make it into a scrap book for me? My sister is very good at this, but WAY to busy to do this.

Any ideas?

I scrap for hire and it can get pricey. Why don't you check with a LSS and see if they have someone to do it for you.

Thanks for the quick reply! I'm sure it can get pricey, but I'm willing to pay, as I'd like to have DS's vacation memories out of boxes and in something we can all look at!

By the way, what is an LSS?

I've heard of lots of people that scrap for hire.....I"m sure you can find one locally. I don't want to hijack the op question, but Becky how did you get started? I've always thought about doing it, but don't know where to start? All of my friends scrap so I don't really have a starting person - kwim?

Someone that I knew wanted me to do some books for her, then a friend of her wanted me to do a couple of books. One of Dr's I work with got twins from china and I'vd done about 5 books for her.

You can also have some cards made and leave them at your LSS.

I would check at your local scrapbooking store and see who is doing it locally. If you can't find anyone locally, I have seen advertisements in the back of scrapbooking magazines. You could try that too.

Definitely start with your local scrapbook store and see if they know of anyone that does it for hire. I have done a few albums for people and recently did a wedding album for a friend to give as a gift. It can get to be expensive but I have never had anyone disappointed in the product they received. I would want to work with someone locally so that your pictures would not have to travel and you could view progress on the project regularly. I know I showed my friend the wedding album as I made it to make sure she didn't want any changes!
