Looking for ruffled pants

Does anyone know where I can find those cute jeans for my toddler that have the ruffles on the bottom? I have looked everywhere and they are $80 and up. Surely they have to be somewhere for a reasonable price. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Two ideas for you:

1) Ebay has lots and lots of cute handmade items for little girls...you can search forever. Some of my fav searches: 3t custom made sets, 3t boutique overalls, etc.

2) Go buy a bunch of plain pants at Target, jeans, colored, etc. and go to the fabric store and buy the fabric you want to trim them with. They have polka dots, stripes, characters, whatever you can possibly want. Then, find someone who sews. My mother does, so that's who I use. If you don't know anyone, ask at the fabric store, I'm sure they can refer you to someone.

Children's Place has pants/jeans with ruffles on the bottoms and they aren't too expensive.
