Mom,
I second the Raglan Road option at Disney Springs.
They have Irish dancers and folk music in the main dining room area and usually a band outside in the evening hours to entertain you while you wait. The dancers are both male and female and very talented.
You can get a reservation through Disney's ADR's or the
www.opentable.com webbie (no cancellation fee and their capacity is not tied to Disney - I got a table through opentable when Disney said none available).
It's a nice cultural experience. I choose it often. Small children will be entertained by the dancing and the music. RR basically goes all night with a few breaks within the hour to eat and focus on the food before you look up for the next show.

PS - or there is always the T-rex and Rainforest Cafe's (

IMHO )
PPS - if you do RR, make sure to ask for a table in the main dining room area when you check in so you can see the dancers and the musicians from your table. My first time there I was in a room off to the side and up against the side wall that provided no view. It sounded great (what I heard) and looked better (what I saw when I got up and walked over to look) so it's worth the extra 10-15 minute wait to get a table in the main area IMO.
