Going to be in Epcot during the first week in November and trying to decide what is the best place to get either lunch or dinner in Epcot - quick service...anybody have a recommendation?

Fred in Oregon

I'm going to have to second the recommendation for Yorkshire, we really enjoyed their fish and chips last time we were there.

I think you'll have more fun and excitement sampling the Food and Wine Festival! You're so lucky to be there then (it's the last week of it), and it's right there....

We really enjoy Tangierine Cafe in Morocco and usually eat there at least once a trip. On our most recent trip in the beginning of September, we were pleasantly surprised by the Cantina de San Angel in Mexico and will probably eat there again next time.

"Best"? I guess that depends on what you are looking for and your likes/dislikes.

For the biggest variety Sunshine Seasons is certainly your choice.

We love Quick Service in Epcot World Showcase. There are too many great ones for me to choose one. Our musts each trip, in no particular order, are:
Cantina de San Angel in Mexico for the combination plate,
Sommerfest in Germany for a Hot Dog and an ice cold beer,
Yakatori House in Japan,
Tangerine Cafe in Morrocco for a Sharwma sandwich
French Bakery in France for a Quiche
Yorkshire County Fish House for Harry Ramsden's Fish & Chips.

If I had to choose only one, I think it would be the Tangerine Cafe in Morrocco.

Have a Great Trip

We like Yorkshire (England) and Sommerfest (Germany).

My vote is the Cantina in Mexico - the nachos are quite mediocre, but the view is pretty and the margaritas are tasty :thumbsup2

It's really very relaxing.

Yakatori House is our favorite. :) Very tasty meals (but be warned it is dark meat chicken in their meals - apparently it grosses out many here on the boards, but we love it).

For simple burgers - Liberty Inn in the American Pavilion.

And if the weather is nice, go to the bakery in France. Along with the awesome pastries and cakes, they serve ham and cheese croissants and ham and cheese quiche, which are all lovely to eat sitting outside by the fountains.

I vote Sunshine Seasons. The variety is great: lot's of choices...and, not that it matters, :rolleyes1 but the dessert selection is excellent. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 They have a little bakery counter.

Another vote for Sunshine Seasons. There's something for everyone and the desserts are excellent.
