Looking for price of Disney figures

Hi!

Where would I look for prices for Disney figures? Some of them look old, I bought them from my Aunt when she had a yard sale. I wanted to put them up on Ebay but wanted to get soe accurate descriptions and dates if I can find them.

Really need more information than you have. Try finding the items on ebay and look at completed auctions that will give you a pretty good idea of what you have.

You'll need to know the brand and if the piece has a name you'll want to list that too.

I have been looking on Ebay all night, and I really don't see what I have. I have a set of Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs, there are alot of them on Ebay, but I haven't come across the ones I have. They don't have dates on them.

I have a Pinocchio made by Dakin and I found one for sale right now, it says from the 50's and 60's, but when I do a search on completed auctions, it says it is from the 80's. I did a search on the internet and I found one with a date in the 70's. It is a bit confusing.

I guess I am looking more to date and identify them. Are there any books or websites that would have more info?

I believe there is a Disney Price Guide. Try looking at Borders or Barnes & Noble. I sell on eBay and if I am unsure about a item, I just describe it accurately and include measurements and all the stampings and markings (if they have any) and just say "age unknown". Believe me, people will look if the title catches their interest and if it is listed in the correct catagory. I had a Alice In Wonderland set that had no markings whatsoever. I had no idea how old it was or who made it. I just took a good photo, described it well, and said age unknown. Not only did a lot of people look, it got bid up way over my expectations. Good luck!
