Looking for offsite house with 3 beds in third bedroom

I currently have a reservation at POR but am now considering an off site house for a few reasons. I am wondering if anyone has ever seen or stayed at a house with the following: 3 bedrooms, 2 of the rooms having kings or queens and the third having three singles(or 2 doubles) or room for three children. I know one could sleep on a sofa in the living room but I prefer all of them in a bedroom. Also needs to be close to Disney and have a pool and spa. Thanks!

We stayed in a house in Reunion with 2 king masters, 2 queens in one bedroom and 2 twins in the other bedroom, the queens and the twins bedrooms connected via a Jack n Jill bathroom, so, even though it did not have 3 beds in one room, if you leave the bathroom door open they would "feel together. Also the queens bedroom was spacious enough that a twin air matress could easily fit. If you want more info, you can PM me.

I just looked at tons of listings for 3-bedroom rental houses. I didn't see any with three separate beds in any of the bedrooms. The most common configuration is king, queen and two singles. I did see a few with bunk beds. One or two houses had two sets of bunks in the 3rd bedroom. Others had a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. I can't tell you which specific houses had them since I looked at so many. I concentrated my search on Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms. You might call one of the rental companies and ask if they have any houses in their inventory with the bed configuration you need.

That's why I love this board, you guys are so helpful so quickly! I did think of a way to come up with more results on a search and did find one with bunks with a trundle. I still want to find that perfect house though. The idea to stay offsite this time came to me yesterday so I am just starting my research(I've ever only used VRBO one other time in Colorado). So I may need to start a new search or do a little more research, but I saw people saying they don't pay full price for rentals. How do you go about politely asking? I'm thinking about asking them to waive the pool heater fee maybe.

I added a few more that I found at Windsor Hills and Palms. If an owner comes back with a price that's too high I usually just reply and say that it's a little above my budget. If they want to discount it more they will get back to you or you can find another home that works for you. I have had owners send me another quote that is lower than the first. I don't like to haggle myself but some do.

I have two friends that recently stayed at the dreaming place villa in Windsor Hills. It has bunks with a trundle in one of the bedrooms. Both had a great experience.

I would suggest a 4 bed house instead...they usually cost about the same. We love Michel's homes in Indian Creek! They're about 1 mile from WH and right next door to WP.

We rented Bambi's Bungalow through Florida Sun Vacation Homes. It is a 3 bedroom town home. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs bedroom number 1 has a king bed. Upstairs bedroom 2 has a set of bunk beds as well as a double bed, so could sleep up to 4.
