Looking for Nov 9th ~ 7 Day Western Magic Cruisers!

Reports have it that Cozumel was a "little" trashed by Isadore...
But this will give them plenty of time to have it all BEAUTIFIED
by the time we get there........

A LITTLE diluted Maybe...........

But still there.......

Hello, everyone.. Welcome aboard, ChiTwnFam and Uncle Edgar!

I didn't want you all to forget I am still here, keeping up with this thread everyday, as I enjoy so much.

I have a friend flying out to Cancun tomorrow and will stay for a week. I will report how things look in the area. Hopefully not too much damage!

Talk Later,

Wishin' I was Cruisin'

Denise

:bounce: :bounce: GO DOLPHINS! :bounce: :bounce:

Glad you are still checking in.....

Things haven't changed much...........

Bob is still craving Beer!!!

smiles Patty

You got that right Girl.;)

Hey Patty et al, just so you do not think I am limited in the taste bud area....
Do you pre register for the wine tasting event? I know that it is an extra 12$ pp. Has anyone tried it?

Also we are leaning toward Palos only for the brunch on Thursday. With the mixed reviews on dinner I have read there are more positive comments on the brunch, and, over my packing list if I wear the Tux twice for semi and formal nights I only need two tux dress shirts and can leave the suit jacket behind.

Thats more room for other stuff,
LIKE BEER

Hey Patty!
I saw on another thread that you will be celebrating your birthday on the cruise. Me too! What day is yours? Mine is 11/11. I'll be celebrating my birthday, but forgeting that I'm another year older.:p

Bonnie

Mine would be on 11/12.........

Do you think the boat is big enough for 2 SCORPIOS!!!!

smiles Patty

Bob,
Have not tried the wine tasting.......

we talked about Palo's for dinner on Thursday while Mutt and jeff do the Cozumel thing, since they will be missing dinner anyways. The food was good, our service just wasn't what i expected after reading others posts. But, it wasn't bad either......

I was hoping that we would all be making the photo page web site at Senor Frogs above Carlos and Charlies that night, you guys up for it?

Hi All - just got a call from my Mom (she lives next door to us,) and she just signed for a Fed -X Delivery from DCL!!!

THE DOCUMENTS HAVE ARRIVED! IT'S OFFICIAL!!

I'm leaving work now to go home and read through them! (The heck with dinnner!) I'll try to post again tonight, if my DS 13 gives me a chance on line!
Take care,
Sher

Fed Ex truck pulled up to our house today, too...

but it was just work!

I'll be watching for him tomorrow for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Linda

We are always the last to get our docs........

sniff...sniff...sniff...

smiles Patty

Maybe they are just waiting to tell me the Walt or ROY suite is ALL MINE!!

WANTS TO PARTY!!!

I'll talk to DH, I'm sure he will be game. We can always make a LATE ressie at Palo's. The kids leave at 6ish....... hmmm... I wonder what time the last ressie is?

Well I'll certainly find out........

smiles Patty

I've heard the last Palo ressie is at 9:00.... so maybe it will be do-able.......or, maybe we can do an early dinner and then go drink like fish at Senor' Frogs......

I don't think we leave Cozumel until 11:00 pm. I'm sure mutt and jeff would die laughing if mom and dad missed the boat!!!

Anyways......DH says he is game for the bars.

smiles Patty

No docs here yet.Interestingly I noted on our reservation that there are 5 people booked with DU on this cruise. It said we need 8 for a gift.Anyone book there own and want to transfer to DU for the gift.I never heard of this before is it something new?

Hey Sher,
Good for you, that will keep us all baited to the mail box looking for those precious document packages.

Patty, I think DW and I are bailing on the ship dinner for Cozumel as that is the late night mexican deck party buffet. So that means after we get the kids situated it is off to appetizer and beer heaven. Have you seen the web site pics from senor frogs?
Uh oh. ribit ribit,

:bounce: :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Hi Guys -

I was thinking maybe the reason we got our docs is because of the pre-cruise nights we are staying at WDW, also booked through DCL. That starts Nov. 3rd - so maybe our docs are 6 days early?? I don't want any of you stalking your Fed-X Drivers!!

Bob, I was so excited, I forgot to wish your DD happy B'day - I hope it was GREAT!

After this Party weekend, I will be devoting more time to Planning the final details of our trip, as soon as I recover from this weekend! Please folks, say a prayer that it won't rain!! They are saying Isadore is on it's way and that will mean 29 7 & 8 yr olds that will be IN our house on Sat morning! I was hoping for an OUTDOOR party!!

Take care all!
Sher

Thanks Sher, the party was fun, boy are you taking on a lot.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for no rain. Ohterwise you will need some serious beverage relaxation to get through that one.;)

All the best

This is JUST FOR YOU.....

Philosophy 101

Having once been a teacher----this caught my eye---I thought it may be of interest----A philosophy professor stood before his class and had some items on a table in front of him ......When the class began, without any explanation, he picked up a large glass jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks about 2" in diameter.......He than asked the students if they thought the jar was full????????? Of course they agreed that yes it was full......So the professor than picked up a box of small pebbles---poured them into the jar---shook the jar lightly....The pebbles. of course, rolled into the small openings between the larger rocks..............He than asked the same question-------Is the jar now full??????? Once again they responded that "yes the jar was now full"........The professor than picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.........Of course the sand filled up the tiny spaces left between the rocks and pebbles....Again, the response from the students was "yes, the jar was now full".............The professor than picked up a beer can that he had under the table and poured the contents into the jar......filling the empty spaces between the grains of sand......When the laughter from the students subsided, the professor said----Now, I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life...........1. The rocks are the important things-----your family--your partner--your health--your children---things that if everything else in your life were lost and only they remained, your life would still be full----------------The pebbles are the other things in your life that matter like your job--your house--your car...etc...........The sand is everything else---THE SMALL STUFF.......If you were to put the sand in the jar first, there would be no room for the rocks and pebbles........The same goes for your life...If you were to spend all your time and energy on the SMALL STUff, you will never have room in your life for the REALLY IMPORTANT THINGS....... PAY ATTENTION TO THE THINGS THAT ARE CRITICAL TO YOUR HAPPINESS............There will always be time to go to work---clean the house--give/go to parties---fix the disposal---etc.....Take care of the ROCKS FIRST----the things that really matter...Set your priorities------The rest is just sand............................................One of the students raised her hand and with a little shy look, asked---"What did the beer represent"??????? Thr professor smiled and said--"I'm glad you asked that question----It just goes to show that no matter how full your life may be----

scroll down..................

THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR A COUPLE OF BEERS...........

ARE YOU NUTS!!!!!

the things we mothers do for our childrens birthdays.........
