Definitely Corelle. It's really just glass, but generally pretty durable. It can still chip or break, but it can take a fair amount of abuse. However, it's made of Vitrelle, which is tempered glass and when it reaches its breaking point, it can be pretty dramatic how many pieces it breaks into.
Their mugs are really earthenware though. Not sure why since I remember some older glass versions.
I still have some old ones that have the Corning label on the bottom, even though they divested the division decades ago.
