Count us in! Three from Arlington -- DH, DW and almost 10 yo DD.

For those keeping count we have Southlake, Rowlett, Rockwall, Flower Mound, Irving, McKinney, Lake Grapevine, Ft Worth, Harlingen/Denton, and Arlington. As usual we are all over the Metroplex. Does the dates Oct 18th or Nov 1st do anything for anybody? Saturday night, no school nights, evening, time for all to plan and get our act together? Let me know your thoughts.

Neither would work for us -- the 18th is my DD's birthday party and the 1st is a dance competition. Sorry, don't change it if those dates work for everyone else!

We'll do what we can to accomodate the most people. Perhaps others are in similiar situation and we'll change dates altogether. We'll just see how it unfolds.

Oct.18 is completely out for me my schedule at work is set already. I could do Nov. 1 but would have to know by next weekend so I could ask off. Please don't feel like anything needs to be made around me however, I agree whatever works best for the majority

Still looking for Noth Texas DVCers and anybody who wants to get together. It is looking more like November and less like October as far as preferred times. I was hoping to maybe tie Halloween in for the kids. Well how about a Thanksgiving theme? Are we not thankful for our DVC Neighbors??? I'll be sending out a Dist message to all who have responded with their email.

I went to college at Tulane in New Orleans, and we used to get beat by Texas every year by at least 60 points! Maybe I should start claiming those Razorbacks. My sister graduated from high school with Houston. I remember going with her to see him play football in high school.

Hi neighbors! I would love to come to a Dallas area DIS meet. The dates you mentioned above are both iffy for me, but the fall is a busy time of year for us, soccer, hockey and football going on at the same time. Just tell me when and where and we'll try to make it.

OK weirdest thing happend to me.....Monday when I pulled into my 4 year old's preschool at Wesleyan Christian Academy I saw a personalized license plate on a Saturn that read WE DVC and had a disney plate around it....Note to self need to find this person (EMacman will be so proud).....TODAY I see the same car at my daughter's dance studio with the studio logo and the name Emily underneath.....Is this person here? Yes It would be much easier to run through the studio and question everyone but I had to proceed to DS gymnastics so that was not an option at the time.

Are we still contemplating Nov. 1 if so we could still do Halloween theme for the kids since it's the day after....I did find out I am already scheduled that day also but I could call in dead or something.......regardless I will be there

You can make it nationwide if you want! I just targeted those I thought were most likely to attend. We have had very good response so far, I believe there are 13-14 families wanting specifics. I am trying to nail down a location this afternoon.
