Looking for N. Texas DVCers???

We are still getting requests to be included for N. Texas DVC party! That is great.
If there are any out there who are anywhere close to DFW or will be on Nov 1st, please let us know and we'll get you the info.
The local Disney Store personnel are getting involved as well.
C'mon if you are in the area, check this out and get involved!

The current count is 8 families responding, 17 adults and 17 kiddos with some precincts still expected to report in!

There are several who have sort of rsvp'ed and I am trying to confirm with them. They are not counted in the numbers as of yet.

We are still looking to add people who are interested in attending like akasleepingbeauty just did! It will be so nice to have royalty in our midst! Give us a shout if you want in!

Well, the meet went off without a hitch!!! I think the turnout was around 45-50 people and it was great fun.

Thanks to Ernie for organizing and making such a great event. We had decorations provided by the local Disney store, some giveaways from DVC, toys and games for the kids, Disney music and videos, several photo albums, pizza delivery and some potluck sides. I think everyone had a great time. I was glad to meet so many great, down-to-earth Disney fans right here in N. Texas.

We were the first to leave and felt like real party-poopers. But, the 18 month old was honestly wearing us both out and we just had to get home.

What a great party. Everybody who said they'd come except one. There were 13 families in attendence, 51 people and a whole lot of Texas DVC love!
The kids were great, the parents were great and after all is said and done...suprise! It makes you ready togo to Disney!
Let's do it again and I'll keep the distribution list together. Next time one of you plan it and we can alleviate fears having met each other now and see how the kids have grown!
