Looking for Mickey Head template with black ears and blank inside

I'm in search of a Mickey head template with black ears and a blank inside so that I can add text to the middle. I'm printing it at about a 3 x 4 size but I'm sure I can resize it later.

Thanks for any Disers for help to links for what I'm looking for. I just find it hard to find with all my searches. Must not be searching the right way.
