Looking for "interesting" ice creams and sorbets

Here's a very specific query for my fellow DISers. I like trying ice creams and sorbets with unusual flavors - lavender, cardamon, ginger - stuff like that. The restaurants in China and Japan both have ginger ice cream, and China also has red bean (which I haven't had at WDW, but do like). Has anyone had the blueberry sorbet dessert at CA Grill? That one sounds good too. Are there any must-tries for me that you know of? The more "out there," the better. I'm not looking for things like the sundaes at Beaches and Cream, which, while yummy, are not what I have in mind.

Citricos has a trio of sorbets that DW had last time we were ther in January. I think it was mango, straberry and orange but I'm not sure. She did eat it all so that's a good indication that she liked it. The other food is also fantastic.

Beach Club now has a variety of gelatos in their market. I think last time we were there they had mango, coconut and chocolate (I can't remember the fourth flavor). We were stuffed from our No Way Jose sundae at Beaches & Cream last time we were there, but we'll definitely be giving it a try in March!

I loved the peanut butter & jelly shake at 50's Prime Time. It's obviously very ice-creamy, but a most unusual (& delicious) flavor... Not your standard chocolate or vanilla.

OOOOHHH yes, I love this shake. You can also order it at the bar in a "to go" cup.

Just about all of the signature table service restaurants (and some of the non-signature ones as well) make their own sorbets and/or ice creams. Sorbets are usually served as their own dessert (perhaps garnished with a cookie). Ice creams are usually listed as an accompaniment to another dessert. However, I've frequently been able to order just the ice cream and am brought a small dish with a couple of scoops of the ice cream. When this happens, I've always seen it appear on my bill as a child's ice cream. Sometimes they have to check w/the kitchen, though, to make sure they'll still have enough of the specialty stuff to plate with the appropriate desserts.
