Hi everyone;

I'm looking for ideas for easy to make meals that are low in cholesterol, low in fat and don't contain soy, honey, milk or kiwi.

I'm also looking for excerise plans I can do around the house in between running around with work and school.

I need to lose weight, lower my cholesterol and get in shape for Disney! Does anyone have any suggestions / places to start?
 
oh my --- where to start??? have you checked out the recipe board on the top of the WISH page? i have soooo many recipes i haven't a clue where to direct you -- what specifically are you looking for? crock-pot? kid-friendly? grilling? oven baked? I follow WW and there are lots of recipes low in fat for sure.

as for exercising, i think a great place to start is your local library? maybe check out some Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds - each mile will be about 15 mins. I also like the Quick Fix DVD series, they are 10 min segments you can mix and match
