Looking for ID tags for blankets/plush toys

I have a child that takes her blanket everywhere and another child that I am trying to convince to leave his monkey at home

Has anyone ever attached a label of some sort to a blanket or plush toy so that it can be returned to us if lost in WDW?

I have done that, my DD would be heart broken if she lost her lambie. I went to my local fabric store and found sew-in tags that you could write on with a permenant marker. (If you use a fabric marker it won't wash of in the laundry).

Thanks! Obviously I don't know my way around a fabric store or I would have realized this was an easy one.
