They are both actually on Universal Blvd, which is a block off Int'l Drive but runs parallel with I-Drive. Its a nice alternative to the traffic of I-Drive.

The short answer is yes, with too many to remember to tell you, sorry. I do know there is a Bahama Breeze on the other side of the parking lot on the Int'l Drive side. But there are many restaurants within a short distance of this hotel. Are you renting a car?
A 3* star should be no problem getting within your $ 100 budget - a 3-1/2* or 4* you may need to use Hotwire or Priceline to stay under a $ 100 limit. I usually check the Hotwire listings for the SeaWorld-Convention Center Area & if there is a hotel I am able to identify and price is good, I will book that hotel through Hotwire. The hotels on International Dr. and Universal Blvd. by the Convention Center are in a very congested area - but there is a lot within walking distance - restaurant wise. This area is about 2 miles from SeaWorld. There are some some hotels closer to SeaWorld as one of the other posters suggested. The new Fairfield and SpringHill are very close to SeaWorld and there are some restaurants within walking distance - this area is a lot less build up than the Convention Center area.
