Looking for help from a Orlando resident/annual pass holder with a bit of free time!

I am heading to the world in June with a very special group of 11 kids, theater students of mine. I won't bore you with a long detailed story, but I have worked with these kids since kindergarten and they are now high schoolers. We will be spending 7 nights at All Star Movies, doing all the parks, water parks, etc. and they will be participating in the Youth Education Program - special classes, backstage tours, discussion sessions, and thing like that. A very cool trip for some really wonderful, hard working kids. They have raised everybit of the money themselves over the last two years. None of them have ever been to Disney before and they are beyond excited!

I am putting together some goodie bags for them. I will give them out the night before we leave on our trip. We'll be spending that night at a hotel in Little Rock, since we have a very early flight to Orlando. I figured it would be a good way to kick off the trip!

I've been collecting things for a while to go in the bags, but I really want to get each kid a set of personalized mouse ears and a name badge to wear in the parks. (They are kind of goofy at heart and are very excited about wearing silly hats, so I know they'll actually wear them!)

I've checked out prices on different websites, ebay, etc. and the mark up on those items seems huge. I'll be paying for these things out of my own pocket, so I'd like to keep the cost down some, if I can.

Is there anybody who would be willing to pick up 12 sets of mouse ears and name badges up for me next time they are at the parks? I don't need them until the beginning of June, so it wouldn't have to be right away. In addition to paying for the items, I will, of course, pay for the shipping and will also pay you something to compensate for your time. I know it will take some time to get the names done on that many items.

If there is anybody who might be willing to help me help some very special kids on a once-in-a-lifetime trip, I would be forever greatful! Just pm me.

We will probably be going to MK in the next few weeks and I will check on the prices. I know where to get the hats but I will have to check on the name badges. I know at MGM they have Guest of Honor name badges but I don't think that is what you are looking for so I will do some checking around and then let you know the cost. Do you want all the Mickey Ears to be black or would you like pink ones for the girls? And do you have a preferance of the thread color used for the names? I'll let you know if I can find the name badges and then you can let me know what names you want for what badges.
