There is a Starbucks at the Swan & Dolphin that does them I believe.
In the parks the coffee stands do a Frozen cappaccino that is a bit like an Iced capaccino and Frappe mixed together. Its not quite as creamy as a Frappe but close. If you've ever had a Starbucks from a franchise then they dont have Frappe's they have Creme Ice's which are basically a pre-blended equivalent that you just add crushed ice too and the disney Frozen capaccino's taste like that. We have a Starbucks franchise in our office so we get Creme Ice not Frappe's in the summer
OK, you must be from New England because nobody down south calls it a "frapp" I know because I'm from NH so I call them frapps. My husband thinks I'm nuts, especially when I told that it's not called sprinkles, it's called "jimmies"! Take care!

I am actually from Illinois but have been in Maine for almost 10 years. I guess it is wearin on me. That explains why I think it is warm when the temp is in the twenties.
