Frankly, the only "alternative" arrangements of Disney pieces I'm aware of are two albums that were released back in the 1990s. One was "The Best of Country Sings the Best of Disney," which as the title implies consisted of country oriented covers of various pieces from animated films. Not much of it worth listening to, except for a rousing cover of "Kiss the Girl" from the "Little Mermaid" by Little Texas:
The other was "Stay Awake," which was an eclectic grab bag of a wide range of Disney pieces in a range of formats. The bad news is most of the arrangements on it are failures, coming off as having been intentionally written to be bizarre and unlistenable as possible. The sole exception is a brilliant, entertainingly lurid cover of "Our Castle in Spain" by Buster Poindexter from the 1961 Disney production of "Babes in Toyland":
