Looking for Disney Princess Designer Pics...

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know where I can find individual Princess images of the new Disney Princess Designer Collection? The images look like artistic renderings of the Princesses and are now being sold at the Disney Store (in the form of shirts, dolls, etc.). Okay...I found them! I have sent an e-mail request to the "owner" asking if it is okay that I use and share them.

I will post back as soon as I get a reply....

Thank you so much. I hope the person agrees! If you are making any designs with these images I am so eager to see them! I'm hoping to finally buy my new computer in November so I can start designing. We thought we could swing it pre-Disney but with the financial reality creeping closer we realize we will have to get it post-Disney. I'm hoping it will ease the after vacation blues!

My personal opinion is YUCK! The original animators got them right and I am definitely a traditionalist but I can't appreciate these.

And many will love them....to each his own!

I love artistic renditions! I like some of these more than others but havent seen nice big clear images yet. I love the fan art on fanpop but from what I understand I couldn't use it without each artists permission. Sometimes I'm not quite sure if some images are owned by Disney or the individual. Any suggestions for how to tell if there is no signature or copyright mark? I would never have known the above images were owned by Disney if I hadn't stumbled on then on the store website. Not to say I don't love the originals though!

That was the link where I found the images as well, but I felt awkward downloading them and then sharing with everyone and using them in designs.

I have e-mailed one of the e-mail addresses that I found on that site asking if it was okay to share...

If you don't hear back, I can scan the cards that I bought and share them, they are the exact same images though. I don't think it should be a problem since it is not derived art.

I can see the problem if it was a designer created image and someone was using that to alter though.

Just in case anyone is wondering, I am planning on potentially using these images for an Epcot Princess Passport, once I complete my current passport project...
