looking for Disney AP discount coupon

Hi Guys about two years ago the Mickey Monitor had 10% off Annual Pass coupons to share with friends and family.

Is there any chance they are out there now and still being offered?

I'm heading to disney in 2 weeks and again in october, as of now the 10 day hopper is more expensive than the AP not to mention all the special discounts you get. I was hoping to shave that number down a bit more and get a coupon. If anyone knows of anything I'd love the information.

I have an AP now and the only discount I am aware of is the DVC discount. I haven't heard anything about bringing back to 10% Friends and Family thing.

I don't think those coupons are out there now. I assume you mean 10 day no expire hoppers (the no expiration option adds quite a bit of cost).

You could buy tickets from a resaler (like Undercover Tourist using their Mousesavers newsletter link). Choose whatever ticket offers the best discount (most dollars off). Use it to enter any one of the four parks. Then upgrade the ticket to an Annual Pass. As soon as the ticket it used, it becomes worth full gate price, not just the discounted price you paid. This will not work with any of the complimentary tickets, but will work with ones from UT. Also, remember the Undercover Tourist prices include tax and the Disney prices don't, so your discount is more than it looks like.

thanks everyone.. yes I had gotten a buy 4 get 3 free deal two years ago and then used the ten percent to upgrade to the AP, it cost me only like $75 EXTRA! I was thrilled..


yes I was looking at a No expiration since it was two visits months apart.. it kills me to pay the no expiration so I would rather have an AP and use the discounts and perks as well as the opportunity to come down for an extra trip if possible.

If you are a member of AAA you may be able to purchase a discounted exchange voucher from your local AAA office, or one down here in Florida.

thanks everyone, that 2009 deal was a great one.. i was hoping something else was around. I think I'm gonna go with the UT deal. basically if I buy an 8 day ticket from them the "retail disney price" will almost be equal to the annual pass price that I can upgrade it to. I'll save $130 on the price of the AP so it will work out even better than the 10% off coupon.. I'm happy! thanks again all!
