Looking for Cruise Friends 9/19/2009MAGIC

For all you with little girls, are any of you letting the girls bring Princess dresses? My DD4 wants to?

Also, any thoughts on what your little girls will be wearing for Pirate night? Since my DD4 has a brother who is 6 and totally into pirate everything, she's into it as well.

Yes, my girls will take princess dresses. We are doing Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique the week before and I thought the princess dress might be an option for formal night. DD6 wants to be Ariel this time at BBB so I think I'm going to have to bring her Belle Christmas dress from last time. I think dd4 is going for Cinderella so I'm right there.

Hmmm pirate costumes. I've bought a pattern for some kids costumes but sewing is not my strong point. And I still have to make a Fish Extender. I'll see how I go. I can see myself running out to buy something just before we leave. I haven't even thought about dh and me.

Whats everyone else doing?

Hi Ladies!

thanks for keeping the thread going, my DD13 was excited to see if she could find some friends but no luck with that yet, it looks like all her younger siblings will be in good company tho:rotfl:

SHOUT OUT to any teens going on this cruise! Come introduce yourselves! We promise not to make you babysit :rotfl: MY DD14 is MOSt excited about this one thing!

No problem. I feel bad that I couldn't help with the teenagers though. I do have a DD that is 17 but she is not coming with us:sad1: . She has to stay home for school
We are taking princess dresses. Last year when we went down, DD wore one everyday to the park, so I am sure she will want to do the same thing this year. I am not sure what we are doing for the pirate night though. My DS has a Jack sparrow costume that he wore for the pirate and princess party last year but he is the only one who has one. DD is not into the pirate thing at all. Maybe I will have her dress as tinkerbell since she does LOVE the fairy thing! I am still not sure about DH and myself though

:goodvibes I am posting under my Aunt's name. My name is Tony. I will be 10 by the time we go on the cruise. This is my first cruise and my first post. :lmao: :scared1:

No Princess dresses here. My oldest is making her communion this year, so she will wear that for formal night, and my younger will get a noce dress for the communion too.

As for Pirate night, we will go all out in pirate costumes.

Just bringing this thread back to life. I still haven't told my dd's, but it is getting harder each day to keep it quiet. Got a dress for formal night for my youngest last week too.

HI ALL! Still looking for any teens going on this cruise, thinking I should start a general thread on cruise board, maybe you all lurk over there or your mamas may see it there!

My two teens will be DD14 and DS17 when we cruise. The DD14 has had her nose in Twilight for a week or two now and my DS17 is an avid aneme fan. They both love talking about movies they've seen and places they've traveled. This is their first cruise. DD is as social as DS is reserved but once either of them finds a point of interest they are into it.

On the other end, our youngest one, DD3 will be turning into DD4 next week and is as princess struck as ever. Can't wait to give her the new Arial gown for her birthday, guessing it will be coming along on the cruise with us.

DS6 is the most excited out of all of us about the upcoming cruise, he ask every day when we will go!
