We are taking our 4yo DS to WDW in November. We have been MANY times before 
Last time we did the autograph book with each character we met and it was a lot of fun and gave him something to do with each character.
Does anyone have other ideas for something to do with each character - I don't want to do another autograph book? Can you have them sign a t-shirt? Or maybe a card - I was thinking they could sign a card and I could make a frame of the card with lots of signatures and a picture of us at WDW for my son's room.
