Tammie - That's so great that now you will have a little girl in the family.
Debbie & Pam - Hope you and your kids are doing okay now.
This Thursday my sister has to put her DS under anaesthesia to fix his teeth. He has at least six cavities that my sister can actually see, but he won't let a dentist near his teeth. I am so nervous. He's only 6 and is a sweet little kid. I just hope everything goes right.
Deb..I love your monorail siggy!
I hope the hives do pass quickly. It's 80 here today and I bet the heat makes it worse. The school hasn't called me so I guess she's doing fine. I had hives once and was put on prednisone. I gained 10lbs that week!
I know what you mean about feeling guilty and preschool. We can't take her until a fever is gone for 24 hrs, but they say nothing else. I feel like DD is getting bombarded with illnesses because it's her first year in preschool.
I haven't seen much of anyone on here this past week or so..just you me, Tammie and Lisa sometimes. Maybe everyone's spring cleaning? Anyway, I hope they come back and keep in touch with us!
Anyone here have hives? Or their kids have had hives? McKenna now has the hives too. Poor kid. I have to take her to be allergy tested AGAIN in a month. The Dr. said it could be from the Amoxicillin (which she's had 3x before) or they've seen hives show up after infections (i.e. ear infections-which she had). She wanted to go to preschool and the Dr. said it was OK if she went, but I am feeling guilty for letting her go. But she missed all last week and really wanted to go. Thankfully, they are not on her face. Dr. also gave me Zyrtec and Singulair to give her..I guess that gets rid of them, right?
Sewer Whats going on by you? Is it warming up by you too?
