Alice in Wonderland never seems to get much recognition in the Disney marketing but my girls enjoy that movie so much. I think she makes a great character to dress up as!

I agree .. it's a strange movie but has always been one of DD's faves
And a very good one to dress up as .. everywhere she went people called her "Alice" her Fairy Godmother in Training at BBB said she'd never had an Alice before and i didn't see another one that night of the party!!!

Erin and Renee I love all the pics!!!!!! My DD's fave is Chip n Dale, too, especially since she's gone anit-princess! I know she'll change her tune though once she's there and sees them. I did the Fairy Godmailer and someone had Belle sign a postcard for her and they wrote something about her BBB appt - so now she's all excited!

Erin, glad your memory card survived, too! I was so worried for you. Your daughter makes a great Alice! So sweet! And I agree that she looks just like you!

Cammie, guess it's just you and me and Sawyer - wait, that didn't sound right!!!! What I meant to say was that I might have go get out my fighter people between us!

Well, DD has TWO cavities! They're in baby teeth but they want to fill them anyway. So I'm waiting until school is out at least. And of course they're on opposite sides of her mouth so it will take two different appointments.

We usually go to taco night at the clubhouse every thursday. Three tacos, your choice of soft or hard, for $3, plus unlimited chips and salsa and 2 for 1 margaritas. But it looks so busy up there today - must be a golf outing or something. So we're just gonna go back to the pool and eat at the snack bar - they have great burgers and sandwiches there. I told DH that since I cleaned the kitchen, there would be no cooking until we get back from Disney!!!

OK, sorry for mentioning the "p" word with so many of you having frost and snow. I'll behave now.......

Oh yes i am so relieved and i only lost 1 pic and that was on the last day and everyone else has pics from that day so a big sigh of relief went up in my house when i got them in my hand
Such a shame that your DD is anti princess but i'm glad she was pleased about BBB, we did it in the Castle this time and my DD loooved it, loved that the princesses crowns and tiaras were there and spent time trying to work out whose was whose

Have you managed to get rid of all creatures yet?? When you have try the Tea Tree shampoo i highly reccommend it after what happened with us the other year

Laura, 4 DAYS!!!!! Stop re-packing and take a breath! Really,.... Breathe! If you forget something, you will still have a great vacation without it! At my convention, I forgot the shoes to go with my semi-formal dress for the concert night, and my roommate had a dress that went with another pair of dressy flip flops that I had along, so it worked out fine.


I was going to take a quick nap, but I see that it's almost time for DH to come home and ask me what I'm doing in bed Guess I'll check in on another thread and clean up my bedroom before my mom comes over and sees it like this

Kara..if you like Chip & Dale they have the cutest graphic T that I got that says "greetings from the nut house" It's actually a mans shirt but I HAD to have it!
Can't find it on-line though.
Also, I feel bad for the DD troubles. Did this have anything to do with the lunchroom stuff that happened before? I dread that age. GIRLS ARE MEAN!

Second treatment is tomorrow night. But looks like all nits are gone and definitely no more bugs. Whew! Funny thing though - I scheduled DD and I to have pedicures tomorrow evening before we go and a mani for me, too. But since I have to do the treatment again and it's sto sticky, I swiped some rubber gloves from the dentist's office today so I don't ruin my manicure!

I hated middle school for just that reason! Hope it all works out for her. And just because you're single, all it takes is one quick phone call and I could be single, too! Okay I have taken a breath now. I am going to be okay. I think I am obessessing over the trip because I really hate my job right now and I have no motivation to do anything around the house. I can't tell you why but it just has happened. I guess i must be a little down. Really I have no reason to be. Oh well. Gotta love the hormones.

I hated 5th and 6th grade. I dread the day my DDs hit that age. I'll send them to live with the grandparents. HAHAHA! Good luck with DD Cammie. From the sounds of it she has a great head on her shoulders and it is a bummer that other girls are mean. have you seen the movie "Mean Girls or Heathers"? They both give an uncanny look into the clicks of school.

Off to one last tanning appointment. I haven't turned into a lobster yet. (aren't those famous last words) but I am not golden brown either.

I loved the scale idea. DH has one for fishing. I took the suitcase on the regular scale with me. I think it is about 30 lbs. That's before adding souvies!

I had DD try on mary janes. she said she liked the caymans better. I like the look of the MJ's better. Oh well, I'm just glad I found shoes she would wear.
