Looking For Control Freaks & Worry Warts too........ Part 2

I just got all the downstairs tile mopped (kitchen, foyer, 2 bathrooms) plus vacuumed the downstairs and the staircase. Also, hung more art on the walls. Had to pull out the extension ladder for a couple of things! But I made it! Whew!

Next I need to do the bathrooms then DD and I have our night out on the town tonight. I found some great golf shorts at Bealls and I wanna go get a couple more pairs of those for the trip, plus I need to hit Office Max, AC Moore, and Tuesday Morning. Do any of you have Tuesday Morning by you? Awesome discount store! I saw this huge round clock there one time and it would be great in my family room.... In addition to trying to get everything for Disney, I want the house as decorated as possible when everyone gets here.

Where is my bug man? He's 1 minute late and we have bugs!!!!

No Tuesday Mornings here. I may go to the mall later. I have three stops to return things and I keep putting that off too.

Good luck with the bug man. Kara, you won't appreciate this with the bugs you have but I actually have a lady bug problem (and boxelders).

just checking in and saying hi. I feel so bad I don't remember all the food that was at Epcot. We were there during F&W so everything is a bit hazzy. The wine was great from each country though. This time we'll be more aware of what is going on.

I think I am going to let DHS be and just play it by ear. That is going to be tough to do

Here is one more concern. I know that the dining credits tie back to your room. When is the last day you can use your credits, is it the day you check out or is it the last night you are staying. Does that make sense? We are staying 4 nights but have 5 days in the parks.

I actually Know this one. If you leave say May 1 - and check out that day at 8am, your card will still work and you can use your DDP up until 11:59pm May 1. Make sense?

Also, since you are staying 4 nights, that is what they base your plan on. Aren't you doing deluxe? If so, 3 table service meals x 4 days.

Laura - I responded before I saw you sat up a thread --- sorry!

We are back from the zoo. Can you say CROWDED! And they added an exibit. Guess what? African WILD DOGS. DH will crack up. DS kept saying, "let's see the hippos, rinos, lions" and I have to explain that we have Zebras, Elephants, Giraffes, Monkeys, Crocks, Goats, Sheep, Ducks But I told him we'd be going to a reals zoo soon.

Kara, you're right, it is a nice way to spend the day. Except today! 10 bus loads of 2nd graders who I think most had never seen a zoo showed up. It was so not pretty! Well the TV just reminded me it is Earth Day. DUH! I bet that is why they were all there. We left at 1. I just couldn't take it any more. We had seen all but 2 exhibits anyway.

Okay, guys. Poll time. WDW APRIL or OCT? what is your vote....

Today I get an email special for Orlando for $68. I'm ready to go back.

Anyway, I was going to price out our trip for next year. They are only pricing through 12/31/2008. So when do they open it up for bookings for next year????

OCTOBER!!!! You run too much risk of Spring Break crowds in April. October is really nice in FL!

Okay, is it just me or is OCT substantially more expensive than April?

We paid $950 for our pkg when we went. I priced the same thing out for Oct and it was running almost $1300.

Does the Food & Wine fest make it more crowded?
