OK, I'm still IN! But last night Jeff told me I couldn't go. Yeah, we all know how that goes! But he told me he wouldn't let me go meet people like this. Then he told me he was going to make me watch 20/20!!! I did tell him that Cammie said she couldn't bring her hatchet cause it wouldn't go through airport security!!!

For the record though, Carlos thinks I'm absolutely insaine. Seriously - nut house material. My SIL has out right said I'm crazy. I would normally feel the same, but I sware you guys just feel like friends. Not hatchet holding wack jobs.

Tina - I'm sorry, I'm a little slow. Was that a yes, no or maybe? I hope I didn't leave anyone that has responded off.

I will tell you this regarding the trip - I'm super bathroom low maint. I'm not a primper. 15 minutes - shower, hairwash, bit of makeup (mainly to not look like I've just been socked in both eyes)- done.

I need more of a mask, but I bring my own little make-up mirror and sit in a corner and don't bother anyone (after I shower quickly, of course)! I do that w/my own family. W/2 girls and Darrin, I don't wait for bathroom time when we travel. I've even been known to shave my legs on a towel w/water in the ice bucket to get ready quickly! We improvise!

Good - leaves more time for me in the bathroom! Afterall, I AM the single one - told you this is a combination "control freak get together/Disney manhunt for Cammie" trip.

Loved all the birth stories! I miscarried my first, got pregnant about 3 mos later w/Meg, put on bedrest for toxemia w/6 weeks to go, carried until term, was induced, 7 hr. labor, 1 hr. pushing, and she weighed 8, 11. W/Taylor, I was on bedrest (toxemia) for 8 weeks, carried until term, induced, 4 hr. labor, about 3 pushes, and she weighed 8, 6. Big babies!!!!!

Mukwonago! Come on over!!!!

Wish we all could!! Scary about the tornado sirens! I am glad everything is OK!!!

And then another part of me just wants to lay around and read, take a hot bath, and do NOTHING tonight. We'll see what wins out!

My vote is for do NOTHING.

I'm so lazy today that I'm actually working in my jammies right now! And it's noon!!!! So I'm off to shower and make lunch. At least I've gotten a lot done at work, so that feels good.

I spent the first part of my morning getting the minivan's ac fixed (of course, now it's only 72 degrees outside! ); then ran off to Lauren's tennis lessons. She's taking them with two of her good friends from school; so the moms and I just hang out in our lawn chairs, soak up some sun, and gossip! Such fun!

Oh, another bum! We are cooling off to a brisk 98 today!

Okay on to the trip- are we thinking a late Thursday arrival and late Sunday depature? or are we going to try for something midweek? I really want to find a way for it work for me. That will be so cool to meet everyone else. I am seriously considering just driving to meet Debbie at the lake. It's a 5 hour drive. I'll have to see what the schedule looks like. Then I will have met Kara and Debbie, just a few more to go.

That is so neat! I hope you get to go to the lake!! I vote for Thurs-Sun. I would need to do a weekend. I don't think Darrin could manage the weekly school routine for more than 2 days. Sad, but true.

As for baby stories. Perfect pregnancy. Weeks 36-38 blood pressure shot up, took me out of week at 37 weeks. At 38 weeks induced. Labor for 11 hrs, pushed for 4 hrs and Ally got stuck. My pelvic canal is apparently very narrow, so they said one more push and then either "salad tongs" as Jeff called them, or c-section. Luckily I had an older doctor who preferred the forceps to c-section, and he got her out quickly. But she came out with bruising on her head, and her one ear was black and crooked. It still sticks out a little to this day, but I think it gives her character. They said if I had another child I'd probably have a planned c-section, or they'd induce at about 36 weeks and let me try to go natural (well, not natural - I'm not nuts!!! I still had lots of drugs!).

Well, they have formally charged Casey Anthony in the disappearance of her daughter (waited 4 weeks to report her missing!). This case is heartbreaking.

So. We are talking SEPT 2009 right? All these threats about the sinus infection left me a little concerned I was missing something .

I tell you. Half of me wants a CT scan to make sure all is okay, then part of me is scared to have one done. Cancer, by far is my biggest fear in life. Don't know why, but it is. So I have that in the back of my mind. I'm sure it is just sinus cavities - right???

It is just why the heck can't I shake this???

OK, so assuming everything were the same for next year as it is now, I priced out room only for SSR the third week of Sept. 9/17-9/20 (thurs-Sun) and it was $587. That's $174/night for a studio. Just figuring. And the Fort Wilderness Cabins (1 dbl bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 murphy bed) are $621 with my FL discount. And if I could find a truck I could bring the golf cart to Ft Wilderness!!! Yee haw!!!

Just a little food for thought....

Don't put it past me!!!! Actually, not this week - it's my lazy child free week.

And btw, I've decided to go to the library tonight, and that's it! Probably swing by McD's for dinner, come home, soak in the tub, maybe with a glass of wine, read a new book, watch Big Brother, and in bed by 9......

But then my other side wants me to go buy my fabric (I have until this Saturday before the 40% off coupon expires - thanx Renee!!!) but I keep chickening out! It's still a lot of money for fabric - I need 20 yards!!! Plus I have to buy the lining fabric. Oy vey!

Then I need to clean house, go school shopping for Ally for some clothes to get her started, work in the yard, lay mulch, plant the bushes I bought..... If only I could find one extra day each week....
