! I've ordered our Tevas; was trying to set up an order with GardenGrocer but I'm not sure if it's going to be worth it this time. I need a case of water, some cereal, granola bars, fruit, some pretzels and chips and salsa. Total only comes to $27 - there's a $40 minimum so I thought I'd get a bottle of wine. Well that doesn't count toward my food minimum. On top of that there's a $12 delivery fee, plus the tip. If I was staying for a week (like in Nov.) I could justify adding to my food order to bring it up to $40; but now I'm thinking I'm probably just better off packing my own box of snacks and shipping via UPS. I really wanted to give GG a try, but I guess I'll just wait until Nov. when I'm really going to need more food.

Ah, good morning ladies! Lovely night last night - after I signed off, Ally came downstairs to inform me that Bucky had poo pooed in her room. So out comes the steam cleaner, but it smelled so bad that I sent her into the guest room. At 4:30 am she woke me up to take him out (we don't want her taking the dog out in the dark) and when I came in, she informed me that he poo pooed again in the guest room! Luckily it was just on a small area run so she got it mostly cleaned up and then out came the steam cleaner again! Then at 8:30 this morning she wakes us up because SHE threw up all over the family room! So we've got sick dog and sick child! And the steam cleaner is working over time!
Funny thing is that we never feed our dogs people food - maybe it was the new pair of Ally's shoes that Bucky ate the night before last! Dumb dog! He has poo pooed 4 times in less than 12 hours. Not that y'all really wanted to know that!
I'm checking airfare to fly to Ohio this summer with Ally and it's over $300 per person! If I fly Tues or Wed I can get a flight for $205 but I can't do a whole week - I need to fly out late Wed or early Thurs and come back on Sunday. I think the airlines need to temporarily suspend operations out of their smaller airports until gas prices come down. There are too many flights that are less than 1/2 full and I would think that if they could fill all their flights that they could make some money and lower prices. OK, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
Good morning! Really wanted to sleep in a little this morning but the stupid garbage trucks woke me up!
I'm sitting here at my kitchen table, looking at my window overlooking the backyard. We've had a deer hanging out on our property all week. So pretty! She's just munching on the foliage in the back; one day I was standing on the front steps with Lauren waiting for school bus and she came running past us across the front lawn. It still blows my mind to have deer out and about where I live.
We leave three weeks from tomorrow-
Guess I'll go to the gym. I know we'll be drinking and eating junk at the movie tonite - can't wait to see Sex and the City! Later girls!
