Looking for Contact info for WDW Food & Beverage Division

Does anyone know how to get in touch with WDW Food & Beverage Division. I found a few names:
Karen Haynes
Doug Sorensen
Robert Adams
John Brown
Dee Foundoukis

But, I can't find contact information for anyone. Really, I'm looking for someone that can talk to me about the menu items. So, if I could find who ever the Chefs report to or even better, the Chefs themselves!
