Looking for CHEAP Hotels

in two weeks im planning on going down to universal studios and im looking for tips. im going with two friends of mine and we're trying to do it as cheap as possible. im mainly looking for hotels on international drive or it can be farther away but it would need free shuttles to universal. if anyone knows anything about cheap hotels that would be good for me, please let me know abuot them. also, is there any way to get around being under 21 for checking into a hotel?
