Looking for characters...where to ask

I'm not eating at Crystal Palace on this trip but wanted to get a picture with Tigger. I was wondering if I could go to City Hall in the MK and find out where and when he would be out in MK??? If I can't find out here is there somewhere else I can go?

Either Guest Relations, or go to any merchandise location with a phone and they can call for you.

This may sound stupid bc I've been to WDW so many times. But is "Guest Relations" located in City Hall in MK?

You could also try ToonTown. Last time I was there, there was a line for Mickey and Friends, Princesses, and Pooh and Friends. Tigger was there in the Pooh and Friends room.

Not anymore. The Pooh characters were moved out of Toontown.

And now, they're appearing at Pooh's Playful Spot, which is the Pooh-themed playground area located across the street from Pooh's ride in Fantasyland.

Just a warning though- not all the Pooh characters meet at Pooh's Playground. It's usually just Pooh and Tigger (or one or the other).

Besides Pooh's playground at MK, a good place to see Tigger is in Animal Kingdom, if you're going there. The Pooh gang are located at a character spot on the way into Dinoland from the big tree (and they change over frequently so there's not a very long wait).

I was in WDW in Sept. and saw Pooh by Poohs playground and asked the CM with him where Tigger was in MK, and she said Tigger DOES NOT do character meet and greets in MK, only in AK. He is at Crystal Palace though.

This is your best option to make sure that you get to see the character you want to see. If for some reason Tigger needs to run over to the Animal Kingdom and you're at the Magic Kingdom, the Guest Relations or merchandise cast member can find out for you. Good luck tracking down the characters you want to see!

Joanna71985 - when I did my CP back in 2002 and 2003 I was a character attendent also...well, we were called greeters back then, but same difference!
