Looking for Character meal Autograph book covers

I am looking for 2 Autograph cover one for each of my Children I am making them a seperate book for our meal as we are going to several
I am looking for it to be 5x7 (landscpe)size and each one slightly different (maybe just different background color pink for her and blue for him something along thos lines)if possible (to hopefully stop any fighting over them)
We are eating at : Donalds Safari Breakfast, Akershus princess Breakfast, Ohana's lilo and stitch, Cinderellas royal table, Hollywood and vine, Crystal palace, and chef Mickey's

My Children's names are Lizzy (Girl age 3) Robert (boy age 5)
