What do you know, it's Jersey week time. Unfortunately, there are no rooms available on the 10th anywhere (no BWV, BCV, VWL or OKW ) except at SSR. There are standard & BW view 1 bdrms available at BWV from the 11th~14th but no studios during your desire dates.
Let me know if you'd like to reserve the 1 bdrm. 3 nights in a standard view 1 bedroom = 102 points. I charge $10/pt.

I went on to the DisneyWorld site and was able to find rooms for the 10th at BWV. Perhaps it's not available to DVC owners or maybe it wouldn't have let me officially book had I tried. Thanks for checking tamu91. I'll have to think about what to do that first night.

Disney/CRO holds certain % of DVC rooms under developer points for cash reservations that members don't have access to. When I called, the CM I spoke with told me nothing available for the 10th. However, people cancel and change their reservations all the time so maybe something came up.

Like I said, there was an availability at Saratoga Springs so if renting DVC points is still part of your plan, here are a couple of options. 1) you can try to book the BWV room for the 10th directly thru CRO and rent the remaining 3 nights. I believe the two reservations can be linked so you won't have to move if we're talking same size of course, 2) rent the last three nights and waitlist for the 10th. You might need a backup plan in case the waitlist does not come through or 3) rent all four nights at SSR
