Looks like Tomorrowland terrace will be closed when we visit next week. I was really looking for a quick serve place to grab a burger or chicken sandwich sometime during the day that I could possibly even share. Does anyone know of another place to find one??

Hungry Bear Restaurant serves good burgers and chicken sandwiches

I would not say they are great but they will do if youhave this want. Great place to watch the ROA if it was operating.

Hungry Bear is better then Village Haus but Taste Pilot's is better then either of them. I would definitely say TPG in DCA! LOVED the Wild Bleu Yonder burger, I get mine without steak sauce and just add a ton of BBQ sauce. :)

Thanks everyone... i will have to write these down. I'm pregnant and craving burgers there is no way I can go three days without at least one!!

The best chicken sandwhich can be found at Whitewater Snacks in the Grand Californian. Just use the hotel exit from DCA and turn left at the end of the hall. It is large and a good deal for the price compared to other places in DLR. I've had the burgers at Hungry Bear and they are mediocre at best. The chicken sandwhich at Whitewater Snacks comes with guacamole and roasted peppers but you can have them off if you don't like them. For me, that makes the sandwhich. The meat is a big piece of white chicken. It is also far superior to the chicken sandwhich at Taste Pilots Grill.
Here is a pic. You can see they cut it in half for us. DH and I split it and I was full. This is now a must-have every trip.

As an added bonus WS is also a nice quiet place you take a break from parks in. It is very uncrowded and relaxing. :lovestruc

Best burger counterservice: TPG

Best chicken sand: WWS

For quick and easy.
