Looking for breakfast recommendations

We will be at the Boardwalk Villas from 9/21 - 9/27. Any recommendations for a good breakfast place? We enjoy a sit down breakfast of eggs, toast, and homefries will on PV - no kids and we aren't looking for entertainment - just a good home cooked meal. Any thoughts?
