Just like it says, I am trying to find the Blue Bayou salmon recipe as well as their potato recipe!!

I am also looking for the Cookie Boat recipe!!!!

They might be in there. I am pretty sure the cookie boat recipe is in there, but Im not 100%.

If you buy that book, dont buy the Volume 2 book also, theyre the same book lol

I can vouch for it in that I've made it several times & it tastes *exactly* like the potatoes at BB! Just be sure to use real grated Parmesan, not the stuff that's in a shaker-can...SO YUMMY!

Oh my goodness! These recipes sound delish! We were already going to have slow cooked BBQd pork tomorrow, so I'm going to make both recipes to go with it.
