Looking for an email address for the British Consol in Orlando....

I am looking for an email address for the British Consol in Orlando, as I would like to make a formal complaint to them following a conversation with one of their staff in the wake of Hurricane 'Charley'. I have thought long and hard about making a complaint, but in the light that another hurricane is about to hit and I would not want anyone else to think that they might be able to get help from them - cause believe me you won't - although that is what I understood they were there for to help British Citizens!!!!
