looking for an address to mail a letter

Hi everyone,

I am looking for an address. DS would like to write a letter to WDW. He has several situations he would like to address. (15 yrs). I went on the disney web site but found no postal address. He is also mailing them something so the online is useless.
I also called 1407wdisney, but the hold was sooooo long I finally hung up. I know the disers are so helpful in the past, so how about it?
