I would wait til after January 20th to sell, if you can...........Once the big sale is over from Disney. You will get more for your DVC.
If you can wait even longer, prices are going up in March as well, so that helps the value and will have people looking for deals at TTS and other DVC resale sites.
TTS is easy to deal with and I agree they are knowledgable and they don't pressure you either. I would use them as well if I were selling or renting or buying resale.
