Looking for advice on dinner with DS#1

Hi, have 3 nights for special Dad and DS#1 trip to WDW - looking for advice on where we can go for dinner where he can see some chef action directly - i.e. counter sitting overlooking sous chef or kitchen areas - for example at Jiko they have some seats at the counter where the chefs prep and cook some of the items

There's always Teppanyaki Dining in Epcot's Japan pavillion. Chefs prepare the food right before you eyes.
