The fire code garbage.....

the DVC rooms are much larger than the rooms at Port Orlean's and you can get 5 in a room there!!!!

Maybe if you understood how fire regulations worked you might be a bit more concerned. It doesn't matter how much space is in the room; it matters how much space you have to evacuate the building. The occupancy is based on how many people can get through the number of door openings, through the corridors and stairways. If you have more people in a building, there is less space for them to evacuate timely and get out of the building.

That's why fire marshalls don't want exits blocked in concerts and other similar venues. People can't get out in an emergency and they die or get hurt.

certainly many of the two bedroom units are under the occupancy limit...thus the building would still be in code...

this really wasn't meant as a disregard for safety, only that it would be possible for 5 in a 1 brm.
