Looking for Add on contract/annual pass discount

I purchased a 100 point resale contract at bay lake early 2015. Since then my family grew and now I need a more costly 2 bedroom when I visit.

I’m looking for another resale contract for more points. What does adding a new resale contract do to my “old” 100 point contract? Will I have still have the old benefits available to me on those orginal 100 points? Would they allow combining a new and and old resale purchase if I get a contract with same use year and home resort?

Also for my upcoming trip I recently saw discount annual pass tickets I decided to purchase. (Only a DVC member not a FL resident) After looking at this site today I saw that resale contracts are not eligible for the discounted annual pass tickets, but in the thread someone mentioned if you purchase the resale contract prior to sometime in 2016 you will be eligible for the discount, could anyone confirm?

Your 100-point existing contract remains qualified. It is completely separate from any contract you add. You could combine the points for a DVC booking if you added on same resort/UY, but the points would retain their restrictions based on date - so your next resale contract couldn't be used at 7 months for Riviera.
