Looking for a suitcase in Big W in Melbourne

I know this is a strange thread, but I'm starting to get desperate! Have any of you Melbournians by any chance seen a red hard-shell suitcase set in Big W? The brand is Regent Street and it retails for $88. It also comes in blue and green (which we've already got) plus purple and leopard-print (neither of which my sister is interested in). I'm in the eastern suburbs, but I've called all the stores in my area already so any lead is welcome!

Call Big W customer service, they should be able to check their stock and see which shops if any have one and then they can send it to a shop to you.
I know they do that sort of stuff here in Sydney

When I rang customer service they said they didn't have that information (which seems strange - I know Target have been able to help me in a situation like this) and the idea of customer service at my local store is a bit of a joke. We'll try ask this week when we make a payment on the blue one we've got on lay-by (well...try to anyway...it's surprisingly difficult to find someone to take your money!).

BigW in the city had 3 of the leopard print that you sister doesn't want in stock at lunchtime today. No other colour.

Nah, they're a fairly new product, they've just never had them online.

I'm sure I saw them at Southland not so long ago- a big display of them at the back of the store. If I get a chance over the weekend I'll see if they're still there.
