The last few trips I've planned to Disney I planned a surprise for my family. The 1st surprise was a Wishes Cruise, the 2nd surprise was the trip itself - my kids had no idea I was taking them - the 3rd surprise was the Family Magic Tour (it was a Peter Pan theme tour - really cool only $80). We have had a tough year, my dad passed away at the end of March and he was also a father figure to my kids, in our lives daily. I'm also turning 40 while we are at Disney World
Do you guys have any suggestions for a nice but not too pricey surprise for the kids on this trip? We have our ADRs and they know about those. I would love to do something special but I'm kind of rusty and don't know what new or cool things are out there. My son is 16 and my daughter is 12. Thanks for any tips :lovestruc

How about renting water mice for a half hour? Are they too old for a hay ride at Fort Wilderness? My kids love mini golf. They might be too old for it but how about a Kim Possible mission at Epcot(free) Also free-a campfire and movie at Fort Wilderness.

More expensive would be an Aqua Seas tour at Epcot or parasailing at the Contemporary.

Water mice thing might be pretty cool and we are staying at CBR so they have them there. Convenience is good. They would probably enjoy a hay rode or campfire as well. I've never heard of the Kim Possible thing. I'll have to check into it. Thank you so much for some great suggestions
