Looking For A Special Design

I am trying to design a binder cover for my Uncle (medical history book)
and I wanted to it to be a Dr. Micky and Nurse Minnie, but can't seem to locate this type of clip art.
I have the design ready to be printed just need the clip art or jpeg. If anyone of you great designers could assist me.
