looking for a Resort in Orlando/Kissimmee

Hi everyone!

My family and I are planning on staying off site at a reasonably priced resort (2 bedrooms) for 5 days after our 4 day land/3 day Disney cruise in March 2006. We would like to stay in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Parkway Vacation Village is nice, but the pool complex is a little .."eh", just a pool.. Sheraton Vistana Resort (new section) gets great reviews (the Villages are a different location, but newer, and nice too )... Orange Lake Country Club is nice too...

Condos at Windsor Palms/Emerald Island area are very close to WDW..

That'll probably get you started! LOL

We did a 7 nights @ a 2 bedroom condo at Summerbay thru skyauction for $217 US. It was great full kitchen, washer/dryer and jacuzzi tub.

We stay at the Caribe Royale. It is 2 min. from DisneyWorld. It is beautiful.

Have you ever thought about looking into a vacation home? We stayed in a three bedroom, two bath one a few years ago, and we LOVED it (if I remember it was about 1000 US for 10 days. We had our own private pool, and a full house...kitchen garage everything. If your interested do a search on google or yahoo. Good luck.
