I'm wondering if anyone knows who I would email about getting a recipe from Le Cellier. I would love to make the semifreddo we had on our honeymoon for my husband on Valentine's day.

Try the cooking board under Creative Community. There's a huge list of recipes there and those folks are usually pretty good with either find the recipe or knowing how to get it.
