Looking for a recipe from the Contemporary

I had asked in November, but no luck, so will try again. In November when we were at the Party for the Senses at the F&W Festival, had some wonderful food from the Contemporary and am wondering if anyone has access to the recipe. It is Sugar Cane Skewered Short Ribs. Been all over the internet looking and no such luck. Anyone?

My guess is it may be a dish from The Wave...but I'm not entirely sure. You could try calling them and asking. There is also the chance it is from CA grill.

I've usually had good luck getting recipes from different Chefs around the world.
